Conversion kit and electrical parts for electric bikes

We offer a one-year warranty on all items in your eKit box. The warranty only covers technical faults that have not been caused by the user intentionally or accidentally.

Limited Warranty Exclusions

“Spin Out”

Spinning the shafts inside your lunges - We can't be there when the kit is installed, so it's up to you to understand the high torque of the lunges and install them correctly.

If your dropouts do not fit the axle correctly, do not install the kit on these forks. Get new forks, save the forks in the axle "flush" or contact your dealer to return the kit. We will not refund or replace an engine that has been 'spun out'.

"Surge"

Connecting a battery greater than 36 volts may damage the controller, wiring and/or connectors. Damage to any kit component or motor by connecting the wrong battery type will void the warranty. The Cyclotricity eKit only works with a 36 volt lithium ion battery pack. We strongly recommend using a Cyclotricity battery for best compatibility and performance.

Water damage  -

The warranty does not include damage from power outages, use of the wrong charger, improper maintenance or other such abuse or normal wear and tear. The electrical parts of the Cyclotricity must NEVER be immersed in liquid or left in the rain for extended periods.

Terms and Conditions

Postage costs for all returns must be covered by the buyer.

Delivering goods to your dealer for repair is at your own expense. You are therefore advised to follow the troubleshooting instructions in our user manual as much as you can to identify the faulty parts and send them separately for replacement.

Those parts and/or products determined by Cyclotricity to be defective and eligible for warranty replacement will be provided free of charge, only after a valid warranty claim has been processed by Cyclotricity.

Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting the original Cyclotricity dealer within the warranty period. Shipping & amp; Handling charges will apply to all orders placed for warranty parts and/or products and will be invoiced to the customer/warranty claim before said parts and/or products are shipped from Cyclotricity.

Cyclotricity has, at its discretion, the option to replace with a new part, or factory certified part. The limited warranty set forth herein is in lieu of and expressly excludes all other warranties not expressly provided herein, whether expressed or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for any special purpose. In no event shall Cyclotricity be liable for or as a result of any loss, damage or expense in connection with their products. Cyclotricity's liability hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods that meet this warranty or, at Cyclotricity's sole discretion, to a refund of an amount equal to the purchase price of the product in question.

NOTE: Damaged due to water, dropping or collision is NOT covered by the warranty offer.
